Workshop Information

We'll explore knitting on an angle and picking up stitches in this workshop, with the Quattro Domino block (p.115).

Materials Required

A small quantity (25g or less each) of two colours of yarn and knitting needles appropriate for the gauge of the yarn. A copy of Nicky Epstein's Knitting Block by Block book is a required text for this workshop.

Skill Level 2: Experienced

You can cast on and cast off, knit and purl and you have followed a pattern to finish a project. You can recognize mistakes and have attempted to fix them. You own a knitting reference book and you've used it to figure out a stitch or abbreviation. You've completed several projects and now you're ready to change colours, make holes on purpose and create textured patterns.

  • Confirmation of online registration will not be finalized until payment has been made.
  • Space may be limited depending on seating. If minimum enrolment is not met we reserve the right to cancel the class. A full refund will be given should this situation arise.
  • If you are unable to attend a class you may ask a friend to take your place or with 7 days notice your registration fees may be transferred to another class. There is no refund on registration.
  • We provide coffee and tea and you are welcome to bring your own food or snacks.
  • We strive to keep the cost of workshops low, so we ask that your supplies be purchased from River City Yarns.
